A word from Brad

Five years ago, I arrived in the middle of America with little more than a toolbox, a travel bag and the determination to succeed.
My first job took me to Bolingbrook, just outside Chicago, where I was involved in dismantling a huge piece of industrial machinery.
It was a major challenge and a long way from home, but experiences like this helped shape my work ethic, develop my experience and build the foundations for where I am today.
Five years on, the journey continues, bigger projects, a growing team and the same determination to get the job done.
Proud of how far we've come, but we're only getting started.
